Our health is very important! We need to take good care of our bodies, because it’s more than just putting food in our body. We can’t just eat hot dogs and drink soda pop everyday.. our bodies would get so tired, and unhappy. Everyone can imagine what healthy food looks like.. Not to mention everyone knows what unhealthy food looks like.
Eating all kinds of good food gives us strong bones, strong muscles, healthy skin, makes us look stronger and more happy. Not to mention we FEEL better, by putting good fuel in our bodies. What would happen if you put garbage in your car? It would not get very far and break down!
There is also taking care of our body physically! Every night we need to sleep enough, and sleep well! Everyday we need to brush our teeth, take a shower, etc. Everyday we need to exercise enough! Whether it’s at recess, or at our local sport team practice, or an extra curricular activity like your Taekwondo Training. When you come to Taekwondo class, you exercise all parts of your body, inside and out! Your training is very important to your health.
