Hello everyone! Welcome back to your favourite Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts classes! Both our South Surrey and Cloverdale are back in action, and with this we’d like to talk about
Being mentally and physically prepared to return to Taekwondo!
Whether you went to a far away destination or kicked it here at home, we want you ready for your Taekwondo class!
Make sure you stretch at home!
We cannot stress enough how important this is! You only come to class twice a week, and that is not enough stretching to keep your muscles healthy.
Watch your poomsae on our mobile app!
Download our free mobile app and get your poomsae in the palm of your hand! We would love to have you learn the basics of your poomsae, and have class time for us to fine tune it! This would make you an amazing Martial Artist!
Practice your kicks at home!
Each belt has their own special kick to focus on. With either an ‘Instructor Bob’ kicking dummy, or a kicking pad you can practice at home. Both of which can be purchased from our Chang’s Taekwondo School! (We sometimes have discounts on our used kicking pads where you can get them for very cheap! Keep your eyes open for these amazing deals.)
